In addition to his “greedy Jewish landlords” accusations, he accused the Jewish community of New York of perpetrating an “ethnic cleansing” and “Housing Holocaust” in upper Manhattan.  Moreover, Lopez-Pierre’s email blasts have repeatedly called John Banks, President of the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY), a “House Negro,” for aiding Jewish landlords “with their ‘Final Solution’ to push out Black and Hispanic tenants.” ADL has spoken out against Lopez-Pierre’s rhetoric in 2007 and 2012.

“Thomas Lopez-Pierre’s vile ongoing anti-Semitic rhetoric has no place in New York City or any other community,” said Evan R. Bernstein, ADL New York Regional Director. “His fixation with the Jewish community is of great concern.”

“Lopez-Pierre’s website, emails, social media posts, and videos are deeply anti-Semitic and totally inappropriate,” Bernstein continued. “We again condemn his repugnant, attention-seeking bigotry and abhorrent rhetoric.”
